Muma Matters - FREE group for parents/carers of babies and toddlers

Our free parent focused group is a safe space for parents/carers to chat and connect whilst their babies and toddlers play.
We need to look after ourselves in order to look after our little ones and sometimes that feels a lot. Connecting with other parents can really help with this, as can talking through our concerns and knowing our babies are safe and welcome. This is exactly the purpose of this group.
Each week we will have a different topic that matters to you. This is your group, so if there is something you want on the agenda - let us know, we will facilitate it if we can and or get someone in if that's needed.

For May half term our topics are as follows:
2nd - Biggest hope vs Biggest Fear (parenting is full of both and this may help inform topics moving forward - we may also be able to offer insight into how to manage either or both?!)
9th - Routines - do you have one? Does it help? How strict is it? How do you feel this helps you parent? How do you feel it helps your child's development?
16th - Sleep - are you getting any? Is it consistent? How are you managing?
23rd - Childcare - do you have any? who, how, where, when? What? How do you manage? What do you think about it generally? your provider?

Following these discussions, we will choose our topics for the next term
