Get ready to lift heavy and cheer loud at the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 at the York JCC! Whether you're a first-time lifter or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to test your strength and have some fun.

𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝟖+ 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞!
We have divisions for everyone:

• Junior (under 15)
• Open (all ages)
• Masters (40+)

Separate categories for men and women. Winners are determined using IPF GL points with age-adjusted scoring when possible. Medals will be awarded to the top lifters in each division! 🏅

🕘 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐈𝐧𝐬:
• Friday at the JCC fitness desk OR
• Saturday, June 28 | 9:00 – 9:30 AM
Opening attempts are required at weigh-in.

• $35 for JCC Members
• $50 for Non-Members
