Salt Bath

Salty Joe's and Yoga with MaryAnne are teaming up to offer a unique meditation salt bath experience on September 8 at 1 PM, combining controlled breathing exercises and stretching movements while reclining in a zero-gravity chair with heating pad or on a yoga mat. This one-hour workshop delivers deep relaxation, leveraging the therapeutic benefits of Himalayan rock salt for improved respiratory, immune and integumentary system health, as well as meditation for physical, emotional, spiritual and mental well-being.
