Ballethnic continues its deep commitment to holistic healing through mindfulness, movement, and the arts with its BWell wellness retreats—immersive experiences designed to nourish both the mind and body through intentional practice and community connection.The upcoming B-Well retreat, Vitalize, will take place on Friday August 16, from 4:00–7:00 PM on Ballethnic Way. This three-hour wellness offering will feature self-care practices and classes led by compassionate, community-rooted wellness professionals. Participants are invited to release stress, restore balance, and revitalize their bodies and minds through a curated blend of movement, mindfulness, and conversation.Open to adults of all fitness and experience levels, Vitalize will include:

• Gentle movement and meditation sessions
• Sound healing experiences
• Insightful discussions on health, nutrition, and self-reflection
• Journaling time, light refreshments, and space for meaningful connection
