Join us on Wednesday, June 18th at Shands General for an evening with Bedell Cellars of Cutchogue — one of Long Island’s most celebrated vineyards. We’re crafting a seasonal 5-course menu to pair with Bedell’s distinctive wines, chosen to complement each dish and showcase the character of the North Fork. Whether you’re a longtime fan or discovering them for the first time, this will be a night of good food, great wine, and even better company. This event will take place in the Shands General dining room and will not feature communal seating.
