Greater Lansing Area Moms is kicking off summer in a fun and active way – and you’re invited!

Join barre3 East Lansing at 12 PM for a free outdoor barre3 Signature class at Valley Court Park! This 45-minute class combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness and is designed for all fitness levels.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
Water
Yoga mat or towel
A friend or two!

Before or after the workout, make a day of it:
🥕 Visit the East Lansing Farmers Market from 10 AM – 2 PM

🎉 Then head over to Albert EL Fresco for the GLAM Jam Summer Kickoff, a free, family-friendly event filled with:
