This 3 day retreat will give you plenty of time to catch up, relax and work endlessly on your projects.
The crop registration is $349 and will begin at 10am on Friday, October 24th and conclude at 3pm on Sunday, October 26th.
The craft room will be located in the main building and has easy access with no stairs or complicated mazes. This beautiful room is awaiting us.
Your weekend will include:

Full payment is due by September 1, 2025. Late payments after 9/1/25, add a $25 fee. If you reserve your seat after September 1, 2025 full payment is due at the time of registration.
Croptoberfest:
In celebration of Croptoberfest, CM has planned to once again make it possible for you to grab additional items from this year’s theme that are available on my website at www.creativememories.com/user/karenrichardson beginning in August/September. These items are designed exclusive to our Croptoberfest event and allow you to obtain the entire collection to make your day complete. As the products are announced I will let you know what items are coming and any ordering information. You will not want to miss out!
Rooms:
Your guest rooms are booked individually by you. We have a room block available with a special discounted rate for our group. To make your reservation call 1-866-966-4820 and reference Karen’s Krafters Creative Memories Event and use our group code of 139481 for this event.
Group Rates per room, per night:
Standard Studio - $150.00 Sleeps 2 (king split to XL twin)
Deluxe Studio - $195.00 Sleeps 4 (two on pullout sofa)
One Bedroom - $$240.00 Sleeps 4 (two on pullout sofa)
Two Bedroom - $310.00 Sleeps 6 (two on pullout sofa)
Three Bedroom - $428.00 Sleeps 8 (two on pullout sofa)
Burke Mountain Resort has also allowed our group rate to extend from a day before the event to a day after so you can come comfortably at your convivence with our discounted rate. Room taxes and any hotel fees are not included. Burke Mountain Resort has agreed to waive their $20 per day activity fee for all rooms in our group. Any Room charges, incidentals and damages are the responsibility of the guest. Hotel cancellations and changes are the responsibility of the guest.
Retreat Cancellations:
We hope that you can join us as planned, but realize that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Please understand that we have financial commitments for space, food, rooms and expenses that cannot be recovered after the contract is signed.
If you do need to cancel:
1. Request must be in writing.
2. Canceling 45 days prior to event will be a full refund minus any non-refundable fees plus a $25 cancellation fee.
3. Canceling less than 45 days prior to event will be 50% refund minus any non-refundable fees plus a $25 cancellation fee.
If someone you know wishes to attend in your place, you must cancel your registration first and then they must register separately. Any existing Wait List guest will have first opportunity to register.
Karen reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances. Karen is not responsible for any personal items or equipment of attendees in craft room or guest rooms. Room charges, incidentals and damages are the responsibility of the guest.
Food Allergies:
Karen is not responsible for an attendee’s food allergies or dietary restrictions, but all efforts will be made to accommodate special needs. Please be sure to inform Karen of any food allergies, restrictions, etc. when registering.
Photo Policy: I give Karen Richardson a royalty-free license to use, for any purpose, any photographs taken of me at this event.
Wait List:
Space is filled on a first come first serve basis. Your seat is not reserved until registration form and payment (full or $100 non-refundable deposit) are received. Registration is open upon event posting and will remain open through event or until the event is sold out. A reserved seat is required for this event. In the case of a sellout, a Wait List will be formed and guest will be on a first come first serve basis.
