"The Class"

The Class is a holistic yoga experience designed for those who yearn for something deeper.

The Class will feature:

- intermediate-styled yoga asana (think vinyasa 2)
- pranayama
- energy activation/kundalini
- the cultivation of awareness
- yoga philosophy

There will also be plenty of rest, spaciousness and integration (it's not a 1hr45min Vinyasa 2 class).

The Class is suitable for:

- people with at least 3 months of yoga experience who know the basic asana and normally attend vinyasa yoga classes

- people seeking more depth in their yoga practice

- people who want to explore the spiritual aspect of yoga while still moving their bodies.
