Enjoy the fall foliage as we embark on a 2 mile, all-level yoga & hike through beautiful Knox Farm State Park in East Aurora, NY. We will begin with a moment of reflection and a few basic stretches at the trailhead, followed by a wooded hike using simple yogic principles of breath and movement. Select scenic spots along the trail will allow for “yoga breaks.” To deepen the experience, brief periods of meditation and silence will be incorporated. At the completion of the hike, we will utilize breathwork and restorative poses to cool down the body and mind.
The beauty of yoga is that you can do it anywhere! By blending hiking and yoga, we take our practice to a whole new level.

We will meet in the parking lot. Look for red barn (not wedding venue).
Arrive with necessary equipment to keep you safe on the trail, including proper attire, closed-toe footwear, water bottle (no yoga mat required). Restrooms are available before and after the hike only.
