All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & Ticket Fees include 5% Madison County sales tax. Gratuity NOT included.

*Once you complete early bird check-in, you'll receive your wristband (THIS IS YOUR TICKET). You cannot check in again or receive a new wristband. Upon check-in your ticket is used. DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND OR YOU MUST RE-PURCHASE A TICKET AT CURRENT PRICING.

Uber/Lyft Drop off and Pickup will be at The corporate Office Parking Lot- there will be signage
MWD is Rain or shine. In the event of rain and non-severe weather, the festival will continue as planned. In the event of severe weather (including lightning, high winds, tornado, etc), under the direction of local authorities and venue policies to ensure the safety of all patrons, the festival may be postponed until weather passes with no refunds. Should severe weather be present in the area, announcements will be made from the Main Stage PA system
