ELEEF Annual "Freedom Four Miler" ($5,300 in Prize Money!)

Join us for ELEEF's 2025 "Freedom Four Miler" Road Race, in East Longmeadow!

The race will take place immediately prior to the Annual East Longmeadow July 4th Parade, giving you the opportunity to run in your most patriotic running outfit EVER, along the fan-filled parade streets! **See Event Discussion for Map**

Prize Money:

1st Place Male & Female: $1,250 each
2nd Place Male & Female: $750 each
3rd Place Male & Female: $500 each

Also, in celebration of the 30th anniversary of ELEEF, we will have a special prize for the runner that finishes 30th.

Due to time constrictions in coordination with the East Longmeadow parade, there will be a 60 minute cut-off time. The course will have a sweeper to ensure all cones have been cleared and that there are no remaining runners on the route prior to the parade start.

A virtual option is available for those that would like to participate, but will not be able to attend the in-person event.

Early Packet Pick-up at Fleet Feet Longmeadow - 680 Bliss Road, Longmeadow, MA
July 2nd from 12pm - 4pm and July 3rd from 11am - 6pm

Race Day Pick-Up - Location TBD, July 4th from 7:30am - 9:25am

Check-in will end precisely at 9:25am. NO EXCEPTIONS! We cannot delay the start of the race due to the very tight timeline prior to the beginning of the parade. Please plan accordingly.
