Learn to prepare a nourishing vegetarian "bowl", then have a seat and enjoy your creation with your classmates! Includes hands-on instruction of quinoa, chimchurri, pickled red onion, roasted cauliflower, roasted brussel sprouts, roasted chickpeas, and julienne radish & carrots. Conclude class with vegan strawberry local rhubarb sorbet. Beverages availabe for purchase
