High Altitude Baking 101

Join us for a fun evening of baking at altitude! Take traditional recipes and convert them for success at 6600' above sea level! (includes zuchinni bread, vanilla cupcakes and simple though it may be - chocolate chip cookies!) Struggling with a family recipe that just doesn't work? Bring it along and let our chef instructor assist in making adjustments to make it work at home. Class includes a glass of wine and take home zucchini bread. Additional beverages available for purchase. we CAN accomodate gluten free students, but please let us know in advance
