The Itinerary:

~Wake up with the morning sun and start your day with 108 sun salutations in the grass lawn with views of the New York Mountain Range

~Move Indoors for a Multi-Artist Sound Bath Experience where you can relax, restore, and receive the healing frequencies of our crystal sound bowls, planetarty gongs, shamanic drumming, and many more amazing instruments. This will be a beautiful surround sound experience cultivated by numerous Sound Healers.

~Lunch Break

~Afternoon Workshop: Shamanic Journey & Drum Making with Dana, Kirstie & Sofia. Take part in an incredible afternoon of creativity, meditation, shamanic journeying, and making your own personal drum to take home made of deer hide and maple drum frames.

~Buti & Beats: A sacred space to move, release, and realign as we move into Summer with Kirstie

Through dynamic movement with Buti, we’ll shake, spiral, and dance to shed stagnant energy and awaken our inner fire.
