Breathwork and Meditation with Horses - September 14, 2025

Breathwork and Meditation with Horses, Sunday, September 14 from 10:30a - 12:30p Breathwork uses various breathing exercises that involve intentionally changing your breathing pattern. Breathwork is used to support mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
We will meditate with the horses to still our minds and bring more peace and presence into our lives.

Cost: $60 Cash or check at the door. Space limited to 10 participants.
