Free Sound Bath

This sound bath is a peaceful experience where participants lie on a mat and are “bathed” in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, percussion instruments, and Taize chanting. Research shows that sound baths can help reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain, and can promote enhanced well-being. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
