Through the ancient practice of sound healing, Jean will guide you into a meditative state using the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, a gong, and elemental instruments that echo the sounds of nature.

What to Expect:

• Begin the evening with a warm tea offering, intention-setting, and reflective journaling.
• Transition to our serene pool space, where you’ll float on individual inflatables, comforted by weighted eye masks to gently calm your senses.
• Jean will lead you through breathwork and meditation before surrounding you in a healing soundscape designed to promote deep relaxation.
