Me and my lovely friend Amanda are so excited to invite you into this sacred space we’re co-creating — The Healing Circle.
Together we’ll guide you through:

🌬️ Breathwork to ground & release
🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation to soothe the mind
🔔 Sound healing to raise your vibration
🤲 Reiki healing to restore your energy

This is a space open to all — from teens and up — where you can come exactly as you are and be held in healing. Whether you’re feeling frazzled, low, curious, or just in need of a reset… we’d love to welcome you.
