👏 What You’ll Do
Support residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
Foster independence and engagement through social, recreational, and skill-building activities
Assist with behavioral or medical needs as they arise
Maintain accurate documentation of care and incidents
Keep the environment clean, safe, and comfortable
Collaborate with team members, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best care
🧡 About You
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience with IDD populations or caregiving preferred, but not required (we train you!)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Calm, patient, and compassionate — even in challenging situations
Willingness to learn and follow care protocols
Dependable and able to work independently
