Replenish - Deep Restoration with cacao, drum, journalling

A deeply restorative afternoon session for women with cacao, drum and journalling. You will emerge feeling more deeply rested, connected and at home in yourself.

Who it's for: any woman in need of rest and replenishment.

What is it? A small group session for women created to hold a space for connection and replenishment for anyone who needs to reconnect and rest.

The session includes cacao, drumming, and journaling.

Where and when? Studio 27 at Ushaw, we gather at 12.20pm at the East Wing entrance, session finished for 2pm.

This session is included for Fill Your Cup in person members (please book your space using your code).

Please note: In person event tickets are non-refundable; however, we are happy to honour substitutions if you are unable to make it and would like to offer your place to a friend.
