Enhance Mobility and Connection Through Dynamic Movement
The Range of Motion (ROM) Barefoot Massage class blends elements of Passive, Active, and Resisted ROM techniques with the flowing influence of Traditional Thai massage—creating a powerful, movement-based approach to barefoot bodywork.
In this unique training, you’ll learn how to stand on the massage table while using your feet to mobilize and stretch your client’s limbs, all while maintaining balance and control using overhead support bars. These techniques allow you to deliver deep pressure, sustained point holds, and long fascial stretches without strain—helping your clients increase flexibility, reduce restriction, and move more freely.
A full-body sequence is taught, and it can be integrated seamlessly into a traditional barefoot massage session with proper draping, or practiced over loose-fitting clothing in a more mat-based or hybrid style.
This class invites you to develop a more intuitive connection with your feet as therapeutic tools. Through comprehensive “feet-on” practice and hands-on guidance, you’ll explore how to feel the subtle layers of tissue beneath you and respond with precision, pressure, and care.
Perfect for practitioners who want to enhance functional outcomes and movement potential in their clients—while also enriching their own barefoot massage repertoire.
