New Warlands Farm Summer Fete 2025

🌻 Join us on Saturday 5 July at New Warlands Farm for our annual Summer Fete! Enjoy a great summer day out with family and friends, and explore our 78-acre farm, less than seven miles outside of Durham City.

Pick up some delicious treats, and unique handmade gifts – designed by our young people and adults – which simply cannot be found on the high street. Products on sale will include handcrafted cards, textile gifts, furniture, floral arrangements, cakes, and much more.

New Warlands Farm is currently home to our vocational training centre, adult short breaks service, and an independent supported living home. It is also the focal point of our Growing Futures appeal, as we transform the site with a new visitor centre and working farm to create 70 job opportunities per year for autistic and neurodivergent jobseekers.
