Kevin and Shannon are excited to teach lambada Part 2 to continue the lambada part 1 series we just taught. *This series will NOT be beginner friendly and if you are interested in learning Zouk for the first time we will have beginner classes starting sometime in August (TBD). Although it will not be beginner friendly, we still welcome drop ins for anyone wanting to try but we will be going at a faster pace as we already taught the basics last series. 💕
Lambada is the traditional and origination of Brazilian Zouk and has many overlapping moves and structures, but also some differences and now the dance is becoming popular again and it is common at socials and festivals to hear both styles of music and dance some Lambada moves with your Brazilian Zouk dance or vice versa!

It’s a little further than GPS - look for Ronald Mcdonald parking sign, we are in building on right side on SECOND floor The right side of the parking lot downhill from the meetinghouse is fair game, however, please refrain from parking on the left. It is for Ronald McDonald House staff and guests. The small DFM Lot to the right in front of the little meetinghouse close to Alexander Ave is small but also fair game. The Duke Security Lot that is directly across the street from DFM is also fair game unless a specific parking spot says otherwise. DO NOT PARK in the lot downhill from the Duke Security Lot, beside the Episcopal Student Center. Also DO NOT PARK in the lot near the Campus Security Office which fronts on Oregon St. It is at the far end of the lot beside the Episcopal Center. There is also some street parking available
