Whether you're living with Scleroderma, newly diagnosed, or supporting someone who is - come join us for our monthly meeting of North East Scleroderma Support.
We’ll be meeting in the cozy Carthouse Café for tea, coffee, and cake, and a chance to connect with others who truly understand. This is a peer-led group, open to anyone affected by Scleroderma - patients, carers, family, and friends.
Expect friendly faces, shared stories, and helpful tips on topics like:
• Managing fatigue
• Gloves and warmers that actually work
• Everyday coping strategies
We’re supported by the amazing SRUK charity, and while this isn’t a medically trained group, we hope to welcome guest speakers and professionals in future sessions.
Cost: Free to attend. Refreshments available - SRUK can help cover costs if needed.
Accessibility: Wheelchair-friendly with gentle gradients and accessible toilets.
Parking: Plenty available right outside and across the road.
