All things sound healing will be covered during this intensive. Explore a range of instruments, practice basic techniques for playing, and learn some best practices for adding sound to your current wellness routine.

We will bust sound healing myths, learn what not to do, and gain an awareness of how sound affects the body, mind, and energy. Experience first-hand what sound healing can do.

Practice expanding your consciousness with mindful sound exercises. Create a soundscape for self-healing. Immerse yourself in the world of sound.

With just a little training you can be on your way to providing a safe and enjoyable sound experience for yourself and others.

All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own instruments to work with and learn on.
