Introduce yourself to the world of percussion for sound healing and meditation.

Try out different percussive instruments, learn a basic technique that will have you instantly creating rhythmic patterns, and explore the effects of sound on the body, mind, and soul.

Practice simple exercises to help you get familiar with rhythm, playing multiple instruments, and collaborating with different sounds.

No previous music experience required. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own to learn on. Certificate of acknowledgement included.
