Now is your chance to explore deeper realms of consciousness with the gongs.

Work with a variety of styles and sizes, and discover how each gong works within your energy field to center, ground, and balance you. Discover how the gongs can transport you to higher consciousness and create an inner awareness to help you recognize points of healing.

Practice specific techniques to expand your mindfulness routine. Learn to create a gong soundscape. Let the gongs help your body release what it no longer needs to hold.

No previous music experience required. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own to learn on. Certificate of acknowledgement included.
