Fluid Art & Abstract Workshop

Come hangout and paint with me in Durham, NC. This time we will be minutes from Southpoint Mall, a lovely shopping and dining area that highlights the beauty of Durham.

Four Art Classes,

Seven hours of instruction and paint time each day,

over the course of two days ...

All supplies, materials, and lunch is included with each general admission ticket. This will be an intimate experience with extremely limited seating, which allows extra time for one-on-ones and Q/A. As with all of Garrick Brown Art Studio Experiences you can expect a great time and a surprise along the way.

Garrick will be instructing a small class, that has a couple of extra seats available, and now offering them to everyone. Less frill than our traditional retreats but same, great instruction from Garrick. This unique opportunity won't happen often, so take advantage of attending 1 or both days.

Here is what's included:

• All art supplies and tools needed to create art
• Art supply list to take home
• Light refreshments
• Lunch
• Apron

Instruction will begin promptly at 9:30am each morning. Techniques to be covered are:

Day 1

• Blooms
• Swipes
• Additional technique

Day 2

• Ring Pour / Straight Pour
• Cloud Pour
• Additional technique

Lunch time is around 12:30 - 1:30 pm each day.

With smaller groups like this we maybe able to cover additional techniques if time allows.

Lunch and light snacks will be provided both days!

All supplies are provided and included in the price. If you would like to bring additional supplies to work with please feel free to do so.

Bring your questions and let's paint and learn together. If you are flying in we can arrange shipment of your painting (at your expense). If you are driving in, you can leave your paintings with Garrick to dry or take them with you. Limited supplies will be available to assist you with transport, bring boxes and/ or tarp to protect your upholstry.
