Summer Plants for Food & Medicine
In this session, we’ll explore the wild abundance of summer—learning to recognise plants that heal and nourish.
🚶♀️ We will have a gentle walk of just under a mile, from Broompark Picnic area to the hearth of the fire at Abundant Earth, with space to pause, notice the landscape, and rest along the way.
🍀Discover local edible and medicinal plants
🌱Learn safe, respectful ways to forage and work with the plants
🌼Taste wild herbal teas and seasonal infusions
🔥 Fireside Connection – Time to gather, share stories, or simply be
