Dance Disco with Rachel Gathercole

Have a blast and get a great workout while learning fun, retro disco dance moves! Whether you are a beginner looking to learn some disco steps, just want to get a fun workout, or both, this is the workshop for you! We will get down and groovy learning basic disco steps like the hustle, the bump, the Travolta, the bus stop, the funky chicken, and more, all while dancing and sweating to great 70s and 80s disco classics! See you on the dance floor!
