Aromatherapy for supporting Peri Menopause and Menopause

Aromatherapy has been proven to support our physical and emotional/mental wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels of aromatherapy knowledge, beginners through to the more advanced.

We will be working with 8 specifically chosen essentials oils, and exploring their benefits with regard to supporting and balancing female hormones and emotions.

The 3 areas we will focus on are :

PMS/PMT

Dysmenorrhea

Peri Menopause and Menopause

Everyone will create 2 blended items to use at home, according to your own personal likes and by the end of the workshop you will be confident in creating your own blends, sourcing your essential oils, using them safely and appropriately (How and when to use them ).

No previous knowledge or experience needed.

£45.00 per person (includes full demonstration by qualified instructor, all materials and light refreshments). This workshop is aimed at adults.

Please note all tickets are non-refundable, however name changes are permitted if you are unable to attend. This would only be permitted if you contact us 48 hours prior to the event and advise of the change of details.
