Emerging from the heart of Somerset West, South Africa, Millennium is taking the Afrikaans rock scene by storm. Formed during the 2020 lockdown by brothers Hendré and Morné Baard, the band has since grown to include Ruan van Niekerk and Leo Zondagh, completing a lineup that blends raw talent with electrifying energy.
Millennium's journey began with their debut single, Ewigheid, accompanied by a music video filmed on their family farm. The video not only showcased their deep roots but also set the tone for their authentic and heartfelt approach to music.
