FRT is an adaptation of traditional reflexology that uses a gentle, structured sequence of movements on the hands or feet. It focuses less on medical/clinical outcomes and more on calming the nervous system, promoting relaxation, and creating a safe sensory experience.

Please note: By attending, you will learn how to apply the relaxation routine for your family, loved ones, or workplace setting. This is not training to become a Therapeutic Reflexologist.

Facilitator: Workshops are led by René Herbst, a Registered Therapeutic Reflexologist and trained Functional Reflex Therapist (Dublin, Ireland)
