Never taken a pole class? Working on perfecting your Level 1 skills? Then this is the class for you! This class focuses on beginner pole and floor moves, pole holds, and conditioning to keep you strong & moving forward in your pole journey. No previous pole or dance experience required! Please wear shorts and no lotion. 3 person minimum for class.
