This breathwork meditation is developed to guide you into deep states of calm and relaxation through the practice of guided rhythmic breathing paired with healing sounds. Give yourself the gift of a regulated nervous system so you can show up more fully and clearly in your life and relationships.
No experience necessary, all are welcome.
Donation based, sliding scale $15-40.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Please read contraindications below.
