Family Morning at the Dharma Center: Interactive Storytelling, Games, Connection and Fun
Sunday, June 22 from 10:30-Noon
In person at the Durango Dharma Center
We invite parents, relatives, caregivers and kids to join us for a morning exploring our own inner goodness—the wisdom, love and care that naturally live within each one of us.
During this program, which will be facilitated by Dharma leader Kate Siber and three parent/peer facilitators, we will participate in an interactive story, play games and practice short mindfulness moments together. There will also be an opportunity for the parents and caregivers to take a quiet meditative breather together in the lower meditation hall if they wish.
This intergenerational special event is intended for all ages to connect with their own and others’ beautiful qualities through engaging, family-friendly activities.
COST: There is no registration fee, and donations are always welcome. If you can, please sign up (for free) so we have a sense of who and how many will be coming, but if you forget, please simply show up.
