Join the Regional Housing Alliance for the 2nd Annual Southwest Housing Summit. This year's gathering will take place April 29th, 2025 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Durango, CO.

Theme: "Shared Vision. Local Action: Shaping Our Housing Future Together"

This one-day conference convenes a diverse group of stakeholders - including policymakers, housing experts, non-profits, developers, residents, lenders, realtors, and community leaders- to collaborate on solutions to the region's affordable housing challenges. Discussions will explore actionable strategies like modular construction, zoning reforms, innovative financing, and upcoming housing projects, all aimed at fostering sustainable, affordable and attainable housing solutions for our communities. Let's shape the future of housing, together.

M. Nolan Gray

Research Director, California YIMBY

Nolan Gray is the research director at California YIMBY. Gray earned a PhD in Urban Planning at University of California, Los Angeles, a Master of City and Regional Planning degree at Rutgers University, and received BAs in philosophy and political science from the University of Kentucky. He was a Research Fellow in the Urbanity Project at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. His research focuses on land-use regulation, housing affordability, and urban design.
