Celebrate the arrival of summer with intention, movement, and connection. Join us on the sun porch at Dunwoody Nature Center for Yoga in the Park: Summer Solstice, a one-hour full-body flow designed to help you align with the energy of the season.

Guided by yoga instructor Jesse Hughes, this evening session harnesses the power of the solstice—symbolizing light, vitality, and growth. Surrounded by the peaceful forest and open sky, you’ll move through an energizing and grounding sequence that boosts flexibility, builds strength, and leaves you feeling refreshed and radiant.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply seeking a mindful way to connect with nature, this sunset flow offers the perfect reset to welcome the abundance of summer.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
