Workout With Your Baby is coming to Ballymaloe from Thursday June 19th!
In addition to my class in Youghal, mums can now bring baby to class and workout in this beautiful space at Ballymaloe.
A different twist on my usual strength based circuit classes, with lots of stretching and mobility work to help ease aches and niggles.
I know what it’s like when you want to
🌟 regain strength and confidence in your body and
🌟 move for your physical and mental well-being but
🌟 restricted in what you can do when you care for a baby.
Mums can move, stretch and tone up in this beautiful space while the babies snooze in buggies or roll around on mats in the centre of the room.
It’s a very relaxed class, with exercises to suit every ability. If you just want to lie on the mat and snooze with your baby, that’s fine too 😊
It’s your time to do what you feel able for in a supportive environment and is suitable for anyone who has been cleared for exercise at least 12 weeks post birth.
There is a lovely café next door which is perfect for a coffee and a chat with other mums after class.
