Anybody that comes to class…..some of the PT guys and myself are meeting at The Glen 9 am on Sunday morning for a walk and blether.

Then a cup of tea / coffee and some cake after � �

Feel free to come along �

It’s a wee chance to socialise outside of class for a bit as it’s often a rush to get there, get it done and get home again
