Please join us in a social run and refuelling at Sundial cafe afterwards before the new block starts

jogcowdenbeath will not be held responsible for any injures occurred during the social run.

When attending jogcowdenbeath social runs:
• Please ensure you are fit and able to run, you are responsible for yourself.
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions.
• Children/dogs are permitted to join under your responsibility, please ensure they are able to run the same distance as yourself.
• Please notify another runner if you stop mid-session.
• Most importantly, enjoy yourself!
