🎊 Start 2026 with meeting people and starting a new hobby. Or come back and join us if you’ve taken a break. We love seeing new and familiar faces each session.

👟A new 12 week C25K programme will be starting where you slowly increase your running time each week with our friendly jog leaders. Bring a pal for motivation.

🤭 We are a sociable group where you will be welcomed with friendly faces and plenty of support and encouragement.

💰 First week is free, then £1 a week after.

📍Meeting inside The Maxwell Centre, Cowdenbeath from 18:45 for a 19:00 start.

🦺 As the nights are darker please wear hi-viz clothing for your safety. We can provide a bib to wear if required.
