Yoga with the Butterflies

Yoga with hundreds of butterflies is an unforgettable experience and you will emerge feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged.

This slow flow class focuses on moving mindfully through a sequence of poses while connecting with your body and breath. It's an opportunity to step away from the outside world and be present.

Suitable for all levels of experience. Recommended arrival time is 5.45pm (yoga will start promptly at 6pm).

Bring your own mat, towel, and drink (beginners who do not have a mat can bring a towel).

The temperature in the Tropical Forest ranges from 22°C to 35°C.
