We are excited to announce Liz Plant as our guest speaker this evening.
My name is Liz Plant of "Grace & Ease". I have been interested in complementary therapies
since the 1990's starting with an interest in herbal remedies and using "food as thy
medicine and medicine as thy food".
This came about due to having a reaction to conventional medication which also led me
to discovering CranioSacral Therapy. While receiving this amazing treatment I became
aware of Reiki Healing and consequently gained my certificate in Reiki I and II. This was
the turning point in my healing journey and the starting point of me as a healer. I then
trained in CranioSacral Therapy (CST I and II) and Somato Emotional Release (SER I and II).
I learnt more about the use of crystals and chakras in healing work, always discovering
more as I honed my healing abilities. When the timing was right, Chakradance came to my
attention. Having enjoyed dancing with a passion since childhood, I felt Chakradance was
the next obvious course for me, healing and dancing in one modality.
Both CST and Chakradance encourage self healing, I work as a facilitator to enhance your
own natural healing abilities. I love these gentle yet profound healing modalities and the
results they produce.
