No. First timers welcome,

Bring: no need to bring anything.
Wear: Comfy clothes
Provided: Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows (you’re welcome to bring your own), pen and pad

Research shows that many people unknowingly develop sub-optimal breathing patterns especially during stress. These habits can undermine focus, sleep, and resilience. Improving them gives people a reliable tool to steady attention, calm the nervous system, and perform under pressure.

Build awareness of current breathing habits
Learn about functional breathing and improve mechanics
Practice cadence breathing for calm, clarity, and focus
Leave with a tool and guided audio you can use anytime
Who's it for?
Anyone over 16 years old. No prior breathwork experience required.
Format:
Slideshow education to begin then practical calming breathwork exercises practised throughout as a group.
