Run4It RunClub X Brooks

It's recovery run week at RunClub, and we’ll be welcoming Brooks along for the session.
They’ll be bringing the Glycerin franchise — including the Glycerin 23, Glycerin Flex, and Glycerin Max 2 — available to try on the run. Each model offers a slightly different ride, but all are perfectly suited to easy, aerobic-paced miles.
Our RunClub Leaders will kick things off with our usual guided warm-up, before leading you out on a 35mn easy paced run. Back at the shop, we’ll wrap up the morning with post-run treats.
