Next Generation Kids Fitness Experience is a high-energy, fun-filled fitness camp designed to get kids moving, learning, and inspired! In just a few action-packed hours, kids will dive into the basics of health and wellness, take part in exciting sports and exercises, and meet three incredible coaches: Coach, Athlete and TV personality Sheli McCoy, former pro ice hockey player Sam McCluskey, and former pro youth footballer Greg Birmingham. It’s the perfect mix of education, activity, and motivation — all aimed at helping the next generation build healthy habits and have a blast doing it!
