Myofascial Meditations - TAKEOVER TUESDAY OCTOBER

Each month you will have a rotating class style lead by different teachers. This month Laura will be your teacher.

It's widely accepted that our bodies store more than just how we move, but how we think and how we feel. This practice combines Myofascial Release techniques to ease some of those areas with Yoga Nidra to better understand what it is that's stored in them.

Week 1 - Body
Myo neck to Pelvis
Meditation Breath sensing and Body Sensing Nidra

Week 2 - Feelings and Emotions
Myo Chest/Shoulders/Ribs
Meditation Engaging with feelings and Emotions

Week 3 - Thoughts
Myo Neck and Pelvis
Meditation Engaging with thoughts and welcoming stress with joy

Week 4 - Putting it all together
Myo requests and bits that have gone well
Meditation Full Nidra practice

These classes are Pay What you Can from £4-£12.
