Morning Intensives

This session begins with a 4 direction ceremony, a guided visualisation process to bring the intent for the class to life.

After the meditation, we will have a 2.5 hour yoga practice working through the intent and challenging you to engage with your practice in a way that lights a fire within you.
Leave with a sense of accomplishment and grounding to take into everything else you do that day.

Not suitable for Beginners as it is offered as part of our Yoga Teacher Training course.
