Coorie In... plus Sound Bath

THIS EVENT IS BACK FOR 2026!!

After your Festive break step back into our cosy studio and get away from the busy bustle, and enjoy a Coorie In at Heart Space. This session will be restorative yoga from Alan ending with a 30 minute sound bath by Rachel.

Restorative Yoga has been described as mini-naps, using bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body completely in each pose. Rest and rejuvenation are prioritised, a gentle breath, and a mindful focus.

**Coorie is a Gaelic word meaning to nestle or snuggle, coorie is about enjoying life the Scottish way and learning to live better using what is around you, engaging with your surroundings to feel happy.

Join us for this coorie in, blankets, tea, and a wee soup (made by Finlay) for going out the door into the rest of your day.
